Thematic sessions

The workshop includes 5 thematic sessions focusing on the epitaxial growth of oxides and semiconductors and its applications. Invited contributions are planned in each of these sessions. In addition, 3 plenary conferences will provide an overview and history of the research field. Poster sessions are also planned
