The OSEPI workshop, organized under the aegis of the GDR MATEPI, and aims to bring together the French communities of oxides and semiconductors around the thematic of epitaxial growth

Presentations will be given in french or english, at the speaker's choice. Slides have to be prepared in english

Talk duration :

plenary talks : 50 min + 10 min questions

invited talks : 35 min + 10 min questions

regular contributions : 15 min + 5 min questions

Registration fees (including registration and full accommodation (nights and meals) during the whole workshop duration):

 PERMANENT PEOPLE : 530€ HT

 NON PERMANENT PEOPLE : 450€ HT

The workshop will take place at la Villa Clythia (Frejus, Var, France) from may 13^th to may 17^th, 2024.
